I took the test last weekend at a secret INOVA bunker off of Prosperity Ave. The first thing you do for all situations: make sure the scene is safe. Then it is a matter of determining if the vic is playing a joke on people. From there the decision tree is "Is vic breathing?" Yes: do CPR, then call 911. No: call 911 and let them tell you what to do. |
