It is quite breathe-taking to hear the left paint their opponents as illogical and anti-science, when as a movement they deny the learnings of modern economics. Admittedly, our solid economic cognition is a good part conjecture mixed with fact. But then again so is climatology, and that they embrace with evangelical-like zeal.

It takes some chutzpah to tsk tsk a fellow for questioning man's rise from the apes and then turn around to brush off such matters as profit motive, currency scarcity, etc... Indeed we have not yet reached the point where we can replicate the conditions of man's genetic evolution, but as a species we have many times conducted that experiment where the mint's printing presses are hardwired with a closed circuit.
