Because Why Should The ATF Have All The Fun

LAPD launches probe into alleged resale of weapons by SWAT officers. Actually, this the second launch. The first one ended with a 250-page report about the whistle blower and no names of the officers who sold the guns because the investigator didn't think it was important to inquire about that.

    1. Reading the article it doesn't make clear if the SWAT officers sold the guns in private sales or those sales went through an FFL. But I guess that's the whole point of relaunching the investigation... they know the guns were sold off they just don't know how, probably because they never bothered to question the officers.
