The incident occurred Saturday during a firearms safety class at a residence. The instructor, Thomas Starke, told police he'd left the room and then heard a shot.In every firearms class I've ever taken, the first thing done was to remove all ammo from the room to prevent just such stupid things. Thomas Starke needs to review his course conduction procedures.
