After putting up my blog post
Lying for Christ yesterday, I decided to send a message to Rev. Adams-Riley via his website. In the message I told him that I was disappointed in his dishonesty and his use of the church pulpit. I pointed him to the post so he could see why I was calling him dishonest (or incredibly ignorant). Unfortunately I did not have the forethought to save the message I sent him.
I got an email reply in pretty short order:
Mr. Newton, thank you for your message. As someone once said, “Seek the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
